In the unfortunate event that your car is in for repairs, we will provide you with a hired car for up to 30 days. This is an optional add on to your policy at an additional fee. There are two car hire options:
Category A car hire - 1.4 vehicle with no airconditioner
Category B car hire -1.6 vehicle which has aircon and power steering.
Should you have any emergencies at home, you will have access to our emergency help centre. They will come out and assist you in your crisis. The home assist is an optional add on to your policy at an additional fee, but does require that your home or its contents is insured with us.
Should you find yourself in a situation where you are having car trouble, we have an emergency roadside assistance option. Whether you have a flat tyre or a burnt out engine, our team will be happy to help. This feature will cost you an additional fee to your motor policy. On receipt of your policy schedule you will also recieve a road assist card and sticker. The card must be made available should you require roadside assistance. The sticker should be stuck somewhere on your vehicle in order to prevent an unauthorised towing service to tow your vehicle in the case of an accident.
