  • If possible, please acquire two repair or replacement quotes for the item , it helps us move things along faster.
  • Send the completed forms and supporting documentation back to us at claims@paradigmrisk.co.za
  • Once everything’s processed, we’ll either pay out your claim or replace the item, depending on what applies.
