In the unfortunate event that you have a claim, please notify us as soon as possible with the details of your loss. You can download the applicable claim form and fill it out, alternatively one will be sent to you by your broker after you have notified them of your claim. Where it is possible, please try and get 2 quotes for replacement/repairs to your insured item. This will help speed up the claims process. Depending on your claim, an assessor might be appointed to investigate the circumstances of the loss, please cooperate with such to make this process as simple and quick as possible. Once your claim has been processed, you will either be paid out for your loss or the item replaced
